Your tickets will be emailed to you within an hour of your purchase being processed. We ask that you print your tickets if possible. However, presenting them to the driver on your phone at the time of boarding is also admissible. Please note that if your phone screen is cracked or severely damaged, you will have to print the tickets and present a physical copy, as the driver needs to be able to scan the unique code on your ticket. You may print the tickets from your email or from our website. To print or view your tickets on our website, please go to the “My Account” dashboard. There you will find a “My Tickets” tab. You may also access you tickets in “My Account” dashboard by clicking the “View Order” tab. Punctuality is of utmost importance in ensuring that all of our customers get proper service that they purchased. If you miss the scheduled departure, we reserve the right to no refund. Of course we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, so if you are simply running 5 minutes late, please give us a call. Please note that in this case, the driver still reserves the right to leave after the specified time has passed.
The ticket change is FREE however we dont change tickets prior 24 hours of departure time if this is your case you will need to buy a new ticket. HOW IT WORKS: Please call 604-715-0196. If at any time you have any issues with the process or have any questions, please let us know!
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must inform us in advance a fee will apply. No refunds will be issued to cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to departure date. Alternatively, you may choose not to cancel you ticket and ask us to keep it open-ended until such time as your travel dates are confirmed. Simply email us to make this request. Please note that although we are happy to accommodate this, we cannot guarantee seat availability for the dates you will end up choosing in the future.
